A part of the news article read as follows: "Highway Safety Investigators have told reporters that Aishwarya Rai lost control while driving a friend's vehicle on Interstate 80 and rolled the vehicle several times killing her instantly." After almost sending Ash's fans into a frantic tizzy, the web site posted a disclaimer at the end saying "this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment." Aishwarya Rai's personal manager Hari Singh confirmed that it's all false and she is hale and healthy. Aishwarya Rai is now participating in the shooting of the film 'Guru' in Chennai. Thus, the fake news created a big tumult among the media sources and fans of Aishwarya Rai.
