"Not exactly. We are lovers in real life but in front of the camera we are like two artists who struggle to give a perfect shots. When you face the camera, lights and dozens of people around you, your concentration is just on the shot rather than anything else. It would be unfair to say that we give perfect romantic shots just because we are real life lovers," says Shahid.

Does it mean that it's easy to play a romantic role in real than in films? Answers Shahid, "I and Kareena have worked together in Fida, 36 China Town and couple of more films so we have very good on-screen chemistry. Both of us are liked and accepted by people. I think this is the main reason why directors rope both of us together."
What binds Bebo and Shahid?"
In fact, I want to clarify that we never force any director to sign both of us for a romantic role in a film. We are so good as a pair that directors themselves decide to take us together. I must thank my directors who have taken us together in their film. It's because of working in a same film that we are in constant touch with each other. Otherwise, our schedules are erratic and so hectic that we sometimes don't even get an opportunity to meet for months!" reveals Shahid.
